Trust is the truest measure of a leader’s effectiveness of the influence they have with others. This lesson will discuss how to build the trust others have in you on a daily basis. We also discuss the only three possible responses you will receive when you attempt to influence others. If you are not influencing anyone, you are not a leader, regardless of your title or position. This lesson describes influence and how to increase the amount of influence you can have with others.
